1. Our commitment#

We want everyone to be able to find a mentor and take part in sessions on Mentoring @ Invespire. We are working towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

2. Current status#

We have not yet completed a full accessibility audit, so we do not claim that the Platform conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA. Some parts may be difficult to use with assistive technology.

The areas we will test first are account registration and sign-in, mentor search, choosing a session time, the weekly availability editor, message threads (which update automatically) and the administrator screens. We will update this statement with the results and any known problems.

3. Video sessions#

Sessions take place on third-party video services chosen by the mentor. Their accessibility is outside our control. If you need a particular service, captions, or another adjustment, tell your mentor in the booking note or in a message.

4. Tell us about a barrier#

If something on Mentoring @ Invespire is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email info@invespire.com with the page address and a description of the problem. We aim to reply within 10 working days.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact our Grievance Officer at info@invespire.com.

5. Review of this statement#

We will review this statement after our first audit and at least once a year.
